In this project SFI will develop manuals for three social intervention methods for providing floating support for homeless people who are rehoused. The project is conducted for the National Board of Social Services as part of the implementation of the follow-up of the national homelessness strategy. The programme is financed by ‘Satspuljen’. The three methods are Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Intensive Case Management (ICM) and Critical Time Intervention (CTI). Besides these three manuals an overall manual for the Housing First approach will also be developed. The manuals contain a thorough description of how to provide the interventions to the service users, and a description of the principles and values behind each method. Furthermore the manuals contain detailed checklists for the social workers, and a fidelity check list to check for model fidelity.
